Why is Scarlett doing this?
As the former owner of award-winning, 5-star Aveda salons and retail merchant for 18 years, I’ve always been passionate about creating memorable experiences. Now, through Beauty Love Alchemy—my private hair studios in Morgan Hill and recently opened Paso Robles—I continue to bring that same expertise to more intimate, personalized spaces where the focus is entirely on my clients.
Before becoming a Master Hair Designer, I worked as a Graphic Designer and Art Director in Silicon Valley, blending creativity with precision. That passion for design and connection inspired me to launch Scarlett Cougar, a line of witty, vibrant gifts that reflect my love for humor, empowerment, and bold self-expression.
This initiative celebrates the incredible local businesses—like our wineries, retailers, and hotels—that make Paso Robles special. Supporting them while creating something that brings joy and laughter is at the heart of why I do what I do.
